Open Rekordbox DJ and on the left, open the Rekordbox XML tab. Not saving upon exit will leave all libraries unchanged. If you’re happy with the changes, leave Rekord Buddy and press save. You should then be able to see the crate inside the Rekordbox playlists in Rekord Buddy. To import a crate from Serato or Traktor into Rekordbox, you simply drag the crate from the Serato tab in Rekord Buddy and drop it on the Rekordbox Playlists tab. Rekord Buddy 2 reads Serato and Traktor libraries natively, with crates and folders showing under the respective tabs with no external exporting needed.
